FT Academy had the privilege of being part of the NTUC LearningHub Healthcare Sector event: a gathering that was equal parts knowledge-sharing and genuine appreciation for the people who carry one of the most demanding sectors on their shoulders.
Our speaker, Yau Png Ow, opened with something the room clearly needed to hear:

It’s a care conversation.
From embedded AI to agentic AI, Yau Png walked through how these tools are already reshaping healthcare workflows. Less time drowning in paperwork. More time for the patient in front of you.
Alongside him, Hock Lin Sng 孫福霖 shed light on aging care, and Patrick YC Lim brought a refreshing lens on nutrition and longevity through the Blue Zones framework.
Three different topics. One common thread: how do we take better care of people?
