FT Academy is a Singapore-based AI training agency built by practitioners who ship. We exist to close the gap between organisations that have access to AI and teams that can actually build with it.
Our story
Why we started
We kept meeting the same organisation: licences signed, pilots running, leadership excited, and a workforce still treating AI as a novelty. The tools were there. The capability was not.
We started FT Academy to fix that. Not with another library of videos, but with hands-on cohorts that work on real use cases and measure success by what teams can ship afterwards.
Today we train thousands of professionals across finance, government, logistics and technology, grounded in Singapore's ecosystem, with standards that travel anywhere.
FT Academy is the training arm of FT Consulting Group.
