Our story
Why we started
We kept meeting the same organisation: licences signed, pilots running, leadership excited — and a workforce still treating AI as a novelty. The tools were there. The capability was not.
We started FT Academy to fix that. Not with another library of videos, but with hands-on cohorts that work on real use cases and measure success by what teams can ship afterwards.
Today we train thousands of professionals across finance, government, logistics and technology — grounded in Singapore's ecosystem, with standards that travel anywhere.
